The expected: Bryant - LAL - 46 points, 7 boards, 5 assists. You might think it is a stretch to call 46 points normal. But Kobe loves the Raps, you might recall an 81 point game against them. MVP numbers from the should be MVP, you can expect a couple big games out of him every year.
The surprising: Blatche - 19 points, 13 boards, 4 swats. Well above all of his averages on this night.
The Dissapointing - Boozer - Utah - 4 points in 32 min. They still pulled out the W, but 18 points below his season average is poor.
Lakers
Vujacic - 22 points in 25 min,
Odom - 12 points, 10 boards, 8 helpers. When Kobe is scoring 46, you don't need big time numbers from everyone else (as he has proved before) But it is nice to get a balanced night like this out of his teammates.
Raps
Bosh - 22 and 15 boards, yet another double double out of the cornerstone of the franchise.
Bargnani - 28 points. Not too many other numbers on his stat line. But now and then this second year player shows flashes of why he was taken 1st overall.
Magic
Turkoglu - 23, 7 boards, 6 dimes. He is filling the hole that Lewis was supposed to patch this year. Consistently throwing up big numbers like this and got serious All-Star consideration for it.
Howard - Business as usual posting 17 and pulling down 14. Add another double double to his pile.
76ers
Miller - 23 points, 11 assists. Good numbers for a bad team.
Williams - 20 points, nearly doubling his season average.
Rockets
Landry - 22 points, 7 boards for the rookie
Yao - getting a ho-hum 17 and 12. Nothing too big for the giant.
Pacers
Foster - dropped 13, grabbed 17, and shared 4. He sneaked in a blocked shot while he was at it, too bad the Pacers couldn't sneak off with a win.
Williams - 17 points in 20 min.
Jazz
Okur - 27, 11 and 5 assists. Nothing wrong with that.
Williams - 11 points and 12 assists. Unselfishness at its best when you pick up more dimes than points.
Wizards
Jamison - 31 and 8. Proving that yes, he does belong on that All-Star team.
And since I already mentioned Blatche, nothing else was too impressive for this team on this night.
Nets
Kidd - matches D. Williams night with 11 points and 12 assists.
Jefferson - finishes with an impressive 25 points.
Heat
Lackluster numbers all around, but it is nice to see them getting a combined 35 points from 3 players coming off the bench.
Wade posted 15, 7 and 6.
Clippers
All starters posted double digits in points. Nothing really stands out after that. Pretty much even all around for this team tonight. Leading the way was Cassell with 17.
Wolves
Jefferson - Goes off for 25 and 11. This is going to be a big time player some day, although some will argue that he is already there.
Smith goes for 21 and 7 boards off the bench. Couldn't want anything more than that out of your 6th man.
Hornets
Paul - Comes away with an impressive 19 dimes. Add 15 points to that and Paul is showing why he is quickly becoming one of the leagues best.
Stojakovic - Shoots 7 from downtown finishing off with 25
Kings
Miller - scores 22, pulls down 14 and adds 4 helpers. Solid night for the big man.
All starters are in double digits with 3 of them above 20. That is how you beat one of NBA's elite.
Bobcats
Okafor - grabs 18 boards and adds 20 points to his teams totals.
Hollins - Way down the list, yo see 10 points and 6 boards in only 13 min of work.
Warriors
Davis - Surprisingly you only see 5 points and 1 board. He did have 6 assists, and the team looked to be in a giving mood on this night. Didn't need anymore out of Davis when the team still finishes with 127. That is how he stayed off the disappointing list tonight.
Ellis - Lead the way with 21 points
4 bench players, Azubuike, Biedrins, Pietrus and Watson, finish with double digits in scoring.
Knicks
Robinson - 17 points, 8 boards and 6 assists. Big numbers from the little man.
Randolph - Finishes with 25 and 13.
Lee - Scores 14, but pulls down 15 boards.
Blazers
Roy - Yet again hits the 20 point mark. But add 10 boards and 11 helpers gives him an always impressive triple double. Special night, proving that yes, he does belong on that all-star squad (if there were any doubters).
Outlaw / Jack - finishing with 13 and 12 respectively. Solid numbers coming off the bench.
