Feb 5/ 08

The Expected: Lebron, barely missing a triple double, going 33 points, 12 assists, 9 boards, and 5 steals.
The Surprising: Pau Gasol, not too surprising that he had this big a game, but a little surprising that he put up these numbers on his first game with a new team, 24 points, 12 glass grabbers and 4 helpers to boot.
The Disappointing: While he didn't need to come up big in this game, it is always disappointing to see Kobe get less than 10 points (finishing with 6). He racked up more turnovers (7) than points, shame on Kobe.

Wizards
They drop an easy game against the 76ers.
Butler only finished with 8 points, he did give away 9 dimes. But with this Wizards team he needs to get more than that for them to get a W.
5 players finished with 10+, Stevenson tallied the most with 19
Team finished with an ugly 19 TO's

76ers
Miller was in a giving mood, dishing 14 times. Add that to 11 points and he got himself a double double.
Iguodala had a good line of 20, 4 and 4, with 2 blocked shots as well.

Spurs
This not-so-close game gave a lot of players the oppourtunity to get their shots in, 7 players finished with 10+
The best line of the night comes from (surprise surprise) Duncan, 19 points, 15 rebounds, and 6 assists.
Spurs out rebounded the Pacers by 18.

Pacers
4 starters were pretty much even in points, 16, 15, 14, 14. The surprising stat to me was Foster, getting only 2 points, shooting only twice and not getting to the line at all. Was he that scared of Duncan that he just wet his pants to admit defeat?
the best line for the Pacers goes to Granger who scored 16, grabbed 2 boards, 2 assists and 5 blocks.

Bucks
They pulled off the win against the diminished Grizzlies.
Mo Williams scored a solid 32 points.
Villanueva brought in an impressive double double, with 16 points and an equal 16 boards.

Grizzlies
Gave up 16 points off of turnovers, that is a game cost'er.
Mike Miller tied Williams in the game with 32.
Gay finished with 21, 5 boards, 6 assists, and 4 steals.
Milicic got himself a double double with 11 and 12.

Lakers
The Lakers are looking strong on that stat sheet tonight. This is the new look Lakers, where Kobe doesn't need to score to get the W, he can just stand back and watch Fisher drop 28 and Gasol unload for 24.
Odom finished with more boards than points (15 and 14)

Nets
Kidd, had Kidd-like numbers, getting yet another double double (11 points, 10 dimes)
Carter scored a team high 27
Nachbar came in strong from the pine going for 19 points and 10 boards

Celtics
Came up too short again, while their loss total is still only at 9, a lot of big losses have been falling on their heads.
Allen got teh team high with 24, Pierce poured in a ho-hum 19, and Rondo had a solid night with 20 and 7 assists.
They clearly need KG back as his replacement, Scalabrine had a horrendeous line of 5 points, 1 board, 1 assist, 2 steals, 1 block, 1 turnovers.
The Celtics had better shooting % in all catagories, should of just put the ball up more.

Cavs
King James reigns supreme putting in 33 points, 12 assists, 9 boards, 5 steals, 2 blocks, and also putting the team on his back.
Big Z had a very nice line of 21 points, 10 boards and 5 blocks

Thats the stats
